The Pro Series 7 guitars are designed for advanced musicians. These guitars feature solid spruce top and back, flamed maple body and neck, a 12" radius ebony fingerboard, and elegant snowflake-shaped abalone inlays. The 2-piece natural bone saddle, gold hardware, and the renowned CT4-DX preamp reinforce this prestigious image.

Before starting the manufacturing process, the Takamine R&D team analyzes the needs of musicians. Manufactured by scrupulously following this process, the Pro Series 7 guitars are equipped with the CT4-DX preamp system, paired with the Palathetic pickup for unparalleled sound quality. The CT4-DX features two tube channels, allowing you to play between bright and round tones. A 3-band EQ with semi-parametric mids, an auxiliary input with its own volume, and a chromatic tuner are also integrated.

With Takamine’s distinctive NEX body style, the stylishly crafted P7NC is a singer’s delight, combining the power of a dreadnought with balanced tone that perfectly complements the vocal range. It features a resonant solid spruce top with “X” bracing and solid rosewood back and sides for superior balance and articulation, a convenient Venetian cutaway for easy access to the upper reaches of the fingerboard, and elegant maple body binding with dark wood purfling and abalone rosette.

Built with the performer in mind, it features Takamine’s proprietary CT4-DX™ preamp system paired with duo of the unique Palathetic® under-saddle pickup and Takamine original soundboard transducer for peerless amplified response. The CT4-DX provides independent control over both pickups, each of which will then have two-band EQ and a notch filter control. You can also alter the mix levels of each of the pickups, and an onboard chromatic tuner.

Other performance-enhancing features include the split bone saddle provides more accurate intonation, and the rosewood bridge features abalone-dot ivory pins.

Premium design appointments include an ebony fingerboard with ivory binding, abalone “snowflake” inlays, a dark rosewood headcap with abalone Takamine logo, gold tuners with gold buttons, a natural bone nut and smooth gloss natural finish. The P7NC comes complete with a premium archtop hardshell case.
