The MZR-1005 is an audio mixer/zoner designed to mix and play audio in public spaces, such as bars and restaurants with multiple rooms and atmospheres, or retail stores. With its 5 stereo inputs and 3 zones, this versatile mixer/zoner lets you play the sound you want, where you want it.

A versatile tool for precise sound management

The MZR-1005 is an audio mixer/zoner designed to provide flexible and efficient sound management in public spaces, such as bars, restaurants or shopping centers. With its 4 stereo RCA inputs and two microphone inputs with 2-band EQ and configurable talkover, it allows you to connect and mix a multitude of audio sources, from CD players to mixing consoles or smartphones. The MZR-1005 also has a 3.5 mm auxiliary input on the front, routing the signal to channel 1 by pressing the AUX>IN1 button.

Three zones for targeted diffusion

The MZR-1005 offers great flexibility thanks to its three separate zones, including 1 mono and 2 stereo. Each zone has a source selector, a master level and mic level control, a switch to exclude the zone's mic signal, a mic talkover attenuation control and 2-band EQ.
Zones A and B are equipped with TRS stereo jack outputs, ideal for broadcasting music or audio content to amplifiers or speakers. Zone C is distinguished by a mono TRS jack output, more suited to connecting a mono amplifier or a single speaker. This configuration allows you to customize the sound system for each space according to the desired atmosphere.

A mixer/zoner designed for public spaces
The MZR-1005 is equipped with a dedicated emergency input which, when it receives a signal, automatically cuts the current broadcast to give priority to an alert message in the broadcast system. In addition, the Talkover function of the microphones allows you to temporarily interrupt the music or announcements in progress to give priority to a microphone announcement, for example for an urgent communication, or for a simple communication without having to intervene on the level of a channel.
