Algam Audio MPR 604 / MPR604 - 6-input mixer preamp, with USB and DAB+ rackable

The MPR-604 is a 1U rackmount mixer preamplifier designed to provide a flexible and high-performance mixing solution in professional audio installations. It combines the functionality of a 3-channel analogue mixer and 2-way mic, a USB media player, Bluetooth and a DAB+ tuner to suit a wide range of applications.

A professional audio mixing and broadcasting solution.
The MPR-604 is a natural fit for many professional applications, such as commercial installations, hotels, schools, houses of worship and conference rooms. Featuring a complete mixing section, the MPR-604 features 2 RCA channels, with dedicated gain and level, for connecting an external audio source. The 2 balanced jack microphone inputs offer individual gain control, complemented by 2-band EQ and common talkover controls.
These inputs are mixed to 2 main outputs, each featuring a balanced TRS stereo output and an unbalanced RCA output, with a level limiter specific to each output. The Main 2 output features a summing and a 100 Hz high-pass filter for better signal control.

Extensive connectivity.
In addition to its analog mixing section, the MPR-604 includes a full media player for streaming music via the USB port, the level of which can be controlled via the Media potentiometer on the front panel. Compatible with MP3 files stored on a USB stick of up to 16 GB, formatted in FAT32, this media player includes different playback modes: normal or random sequence, single, continuous or loop playback. It also includes a jingle player, with a single trigger mode for teasers, and a programmed mode for broadcasting announcements. 3 buttons on the front panel allow you to launch jingles live, in FM mode as well as in Media Playback mode.

Versatile, the MPR-604 integrates a Bluetooth input to send music from a smartphone, as well as an FM/DAB+ tuner to receive and broadcast the content of a radio station.

A system designed for public spaces
The MPR-604 is equipped with a dedicated emergency input which, when it receives a signal, automatically cuts the current broadcast to give priority to an alert message in the broadcast system. In addition, the Talkover function of the microphones allows you to temporarily interrupt the music or announcements in progress to give priority to a microphone announcement, for example for an urgent communication, or for a simple communication without having to intervene on the level of a channel.
