The MZR-804 is a rack-mount zone mixer designed to provide flexible and precise sound management in multi-zone installations. With its 6 line inputs, 2 of which can be switched to phono, its 4 independent zones, its 2 microphone channels with talkover and its emergency broadcast system, it meets the needs of installations in public places, such as shopping centers, bars/restaurants or conference rooms.

Unparalleled versatility for all your audio sources
The MZR-804 is a true audio Swiss Army knife, capable of mixing and broadcasting a wide selection of audio sources at different points in a business, hotel, conference room or place of worship.
6 line inputs, including 2 switchable phono, allow the connection of a variety of audio sources, from CD players to vinyl turntables, radio tuners or any other stereo source. Each channel has a gain potentiometer and a dedicated level fader to precisely adjust the level of each input.
The 2 microphone channels, with their global 3-band EQ and dedicated level, are ideal for making announcements in the general broadcast, in particular thanks to the presence of an individually adjustable talkover on the main output and on each of the zones to prioritize the voice. You can easily reduce the level of the music on the desired zone to broadcast an important announcement.
For easy streaming of music from a mixing console or smartphone, the MZR 804 features a TRS FOH input and a 3.5mm AUX input on the front.

4 Independent Zones, 4 Soundscapes
Each zone output on the MZR-804 features a comprehensive signal routing and control interface, allowing you to create distinct soundscapes for each space.
Each zone strip features an XLR and Eurobloc output, 2-band EQ, a 100Hz high-pass filter, and a level limiter to fine-tune the audio for a wide range of environments. For fine control over microphone announcements in each zone, each output features a talkover attenuation control and a microphone activation button. On the front, each zone features volume, source, and headphone preview controls.
To provide sound to a space with all the mixed sources, the main output offers a pair of XLR jacks doubled with unbalanced RCA and Eurobloc, a 3-band equalization, a limiter and a talkover attenuation adjustment.

A system designed for spaces welcoming the public
The MZR-804 is equipped with a dedicated emergency input which, when it receives a signal, automatically cuts the current broadcast to give priority to an alert message in the broadcast system. In addition, the Talkover function of the microphones allows to temporarily interrupt the music or announcements in progress to pass as a priority a microphone announcement, for example for an urgent communication, or for a simple communication without having to intervene on the level of a channel.
